Why we exist
Most HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses are excellent at the work and stretched thin on the phones. A missed call is a customer who's already dialing someone else. We started Kuppe Labs to close that gap with AI that responds instantly, so good businesses stop handing jobs to whoever happened to pick up first.
Who's behind it
Daniel Orech
Kuppe Labs is led by Daniel Orech, who builds and runs the AI systems behind Revenue Recovery. With a background in AI, automation, and operations, he works directly with each business we take on, from setup to tuning to support. When you work with Kuppe Labs, you're working with the person who actually builds the thing, not a support queue.
What we build
Kuppe Labs works across agentic AI and applied machine learning, building systems that take real actions instead of only chatting. Revenue Recovery, the missed-call text-back, is the first product we've brought to market. It won't be the last: we're building toward a fuller set of AI automation tools for home-service businesses, and we'll only call something 'live' once it actually is.
