Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and the Revenue Recovery service. They're written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you sign up.
What Revenue Recovery is today
Revenue Recovery is an automated text-back service for missed calls, set up and tuned for your business. Features described elsewhere on this site as "on the roadmap" are not part of the service until we tell you they're live. We won't bill you for something that isn't working yet.
Estimates aren't guarantees
The revenue-leak calculator on the homepage and any recovery figures we quote are estimates based on industry data and the numbers you provide. They're not a promise of results for your business.
Pricing, billing, and cancellation
Pricing is a monthly fee plus a one-time setup, confirmed with you before you sign up. There's no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; you'll be billed for the current period and nothing after that.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for having the right to text the customers who call your business, and for how your business uses the leads and conversations Revenue Recovery captures. We handle A2P 10DLC carrier registration on your behalf, but you're still responsible for complying with TCPA and other laws that apply to your business.
Your data
Your customer data is yours. We don't sell it or share it with third parties, and you can take it with you if you stop using the service. See our Privacy page for how we handle data on this website.
Booking through Cal.com
Demo calls are scheduled through Cal.com, a third-party service. Your use of their scheduling tool is governed by Cal.com's own terms.
Changes to these terms
As the service grows past its current pilot stage, these terms may change. If you're an active customer, we'll tell you directly before any change that affects you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Kuppe Labs is based.
